Vendor Registration Website Transition to PSD Website Vendors/Contractors Resource Page
LAUSD is currently implementing a new financial system which includes online access for vendors. As part of this implementation, this website, the Vendor Registration website (http://psd.lausd.net/vendors) will be phased out. During this process, the Vendor Registration website will allow vendors to register and use the site for current solicitations (IFBs and RFPs) ONLY. You may have already noticed that the website now only allows you to see the Current IFBs and RFPs!
During the transition, please use the link provided below to view upcoming solicitations. Once you are redirected to the page, click on the Upcoming Solicitations tab to view the upcoming RFPs and IFBs.

As part of this transition, vendors registered on the Vendor Registration website will no longer receive notices on upcoming solicitations.
If your business wants to continue receiving notices for upcoming soliciations, you must register your business with the new financial system. The registration link is available on this page, as well as instructions on the registration process and other helpful resources specifically for vendors. As it relates to solicitations, this registration process currently only allows for vendors to receive notices on upcoming solicitations. You may bookmark or add this new page to your favorites since the URL will not change when the changes reflecting the new financial system are completed.
During the transition, vendors will log into the Vendor Registration website (http://psd.lausd.net/vendors) in order to compete on current solicitations.
Vendors must be registered with the Vendor Registration website in order to bid once the solicitiation becomes available. As a registered vendor on Vendor Registration website, you can log-in to proceed with the bidding process on current solicitations. If you are new to this website, please see "Notice to New Vendors to the Vendor Registration Website Interested in the Listed Current Solicitations (IFBs and RFPs)" below.
In the future, once the transition is complete, vendors will no longer use the Vendor Registration website.
All vendor information (registration, bidding notifications, solicitation lists and vendor resources) will be available on the new Vendors/Contractors Resources page (http://psd.lausd.net/psd_lausd_vendors.asp).
Notice to New Vendors to the Vendor Registration Website Interested in the Listed Current Solicitations (IFBs and RFPs)
If you are a new vendor to the Vendor Registration website and are interested in competing on the current solicitations listed on the website, you must register your business first. Click HERE to complete an online form.
Facilities Bidding Opportunities
Facilities bidding opportunities will continue to be available exclusively on the Facilities Services Division website (www.laschools.org). You may click HERE to go directly to the Facilities Bidding Opportunities page. A separate registration for vendors is required for Facilities Services website.
